For 90 consecutive nights or above: At the time of reservation, 30 nights monthly rentals with service charges and a deposit equivalent to 30 consecutive nights are required. The deposit will be refunded after check out.
Once the payment is settled, it is considered confirmed, and under no circumstances will refunds, cancellations, changes, transfers, or early check-outs be allowed.
No waiver, refund or reduction of the Monthly Licence Fee or any other fees will be made to the Licensee in the event of early termination of the Licence Agreement for any reason.
Incidental Deposit at HK$5,000.00 is required upon arrival for guarantee of any incidental charges and the loss & damage of in-room inventor; It is payable by cash, payment link or the same amount with credit card authorization is required upon arrival for guarantee of any incidental charges and the loss & damage of in-room inventory. If deposit is made by credit card with pre-approval obtained (Only valid for one month after obtaining pre-approval), it will be renewed by hotel every month automatically unless the guest has provided other form of deposit which is accepted by Hotel Alexandra O/B Ocean Century Investments Limited. They shall invoice to occupant on the 1st day of each calendar month for the expenses of the previous month. In order to continue to enjoy signing privileges within the Hotel, please settle the invoice on or before 10th of each calendar month. Otherwise, the Hotel reserves the right to suspend occupant’s signing privilege without prior notice.
Room rates and privileges may vary depending on booking date, view, and floor level, as confirmed at the time of booking.
Early terminate the Licence Agreement at any time after the first month of the Period by serving upon the Licensor a minimum of one-month’s prior written notice subject to an additional payment of 80% of the Monthly Licence Fee to the hotel together with the additional Licence fees applicable to such shorter Period.
In case of any disputes, Hotel Alexandra reserves the right on the final decision.
