The Unit Davis is the newest serviced apartment in Kennedy Town with studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments, but the size of the studio apartments is relatively small at less than 200 sf net. It is now renamed as Boss Tower.

Townplace Kennedy is the only option that offers 3-bedroom apartments in addition to 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. It has both furnished and unfurnished apartments. Although it is not a fully serviced apartment, it offers flexible lease terms. Utilities and cleaning services can be included at extra costs.
It is the only pet-friendly option in Kennedy Town.

Mia Casa is the most cost-effective option in Kennedy Town, but no kitchen facility and washing machine in the room.

It is culturally diverse, pet friendly, and easily accessible to plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets catering to all nationalities and preferences while remaining a large element of local charm for you to experience. It is also a hidden food heaven in the western part of Hong Kong. Although it is only 8 mins from the core Central Business District by MTR, it is within walking distance from an extensive country park area such as Lung Fu Shan. Also, you will never be far from the harbour, as many apartments are at arm’s reach to the waterfront.
