- Open fires are not allowed in the guest rooms. A single-head induction cooker with a plug-in seat is provided in the guest rooms.
- A minimum stay of 30 consecutive nights is required, maximum stay for 1 year.
- Housekeeping cleaning service will be conducted once per week.
- Renewal of stay is subject to room availability and the room rate will be calculated based on the preferential price upon demand before confirmation.
- Minimum 7 days for extension.
- Payment: Guests are required to pay the first 30 nights when signing the contract, which is non-changeable and non-refundable.
- Security Deposit: For a license period of fewer than 6 months – equivalent to one month’s license fee. For a license period of 6 months or more – equivalent to two months’ license fee
- Cancellation Policy: No cancellation after signing the contract. It will then become non-changeable and non-refundable.
- Early departure or failure to check in on the booked date will be considered a "no show" and prepayment will not be refunded.
