Lease information
Full payment in advance of one-month deposit and first month rental is required before the commencement date.
Payment could be settled by bank transfer, cheque, cash or credit card.
The deposit will be refunded at least 14 working days (excluding Sat, Sun & PH) after end of the lease, either by bank transfer or a cheque.
Any bank charges is required to responsible by the Licensee.
Any extension of stay is subject to Apartment’s availability & change (Please inform us at least 14 days prior to departure)
Cancellation policy
Once the agreement is accepted and confirmed, any cancellation, amendment or shorten period of stay is not allowed and it is subject to a cancellation fee of one-month room rental.
