Lease information
- Full payment in advance of one-month deposit and first month rental is required before the commencement date.
- Payment could be settled by bank transfer, cheque, cash or credit card.
- The deposit will be refunded at least 14 working days (excluding Sat, Sun & PH) after end of the lease, either by bank transfer or a cheque.
- Any bank charges is required to responsible by the Licensee.
- Any extension of stay is subject to Apartment’s availability & change (Please inform us at least 14 days prior to departure)
Cancellation policy
- Once the agreement is accepted and confirmed, any cancellation, amendment or shorten period of stay is not allowed and it is subject to a cancellation fee of one-month room rental.
