Cancellation
- Non-refundable, no amendment or cancellation is allowed once the booking is confirmed.
Security Deposit
- The deposit would be refunded to the original method of payment.
- 1-month security deposit (1 - 6 months lease)
- 2-months security deposit (7 months - 12 months lease)
Incidental Deposit
- HK$3,000 incidental deposit is required upon check-in
Others
- Rates are subject to change and subject to availability after option date.
- Advance reservation is required, and room is subject to availability upon confirmation.
- Full room payment and one / two months' security deposit is required upon reservation.
- A long staying agreement is required to sign upon reservation.
- The long stay package offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional / discount offer / earning ASR point.
- For any extension, guest shall give at least written notification of such intention at least 15 days prior to the expiration of the Agreement to Hotel, Hotel reserves the right to decline any extension of the term.
- Extensions must cover a full calendar month to qualify for the monthly rate. Otherwise, the daily rate will apply subject to current circumstances. Room rates and availability are subject to change without notice.
